His skills in sales operations, business planning, customer acquisition, and marketing played a crucial role in this success.
Dale then embarked on a new venture as the Founder and Managing Director of McQueen Gin. His time was marked by transforming visions into successful commercial strategies. Dale grew the business from a startup to a valuation of over £10 million in just four years. Under his innovative sales leadership, McQueen Gin became one of Scotland’s most sought-after spirits. McQueen gin established itself as the largest supplier to several major retailers like ALDI Scotland and expanding its reach globally with export contracts in multiple countries. The company’s growth to a production capacity of over 12 million bottles per annum. Also, the gin received numerous awards, including the Scottish Gin Growth Company of the Year.
Dale is now Managing Director at Sandler, where he continues to apply his extensive skills in consultative selling and key account development. His role involves training, coaching, and inspiring small to medium-sized companies to achieve sales success in various markets.
