Once you get in touch, our Managing Director will reach out to discuss your requirements. Whether you’re struggling to define your strategy, lacking someone with the skillset to help you achieve your ambitions, or simply needing someone with the tools and experience to help you grow, we’re here to help.
Once we understanding your requirements, we will send you a simple email proposal. We'll advise a high level plan of action and recommend the amount of time necessary for your chosen goals. Then it's simply fine-tuning the proposal and agreeing to terms - no long contracts, no complicated terms.
Our job is to select the best-suited part-time Director to join your in-house team. With over 60 Directors to choose from, all with a minimum of 10 years of board-level experience and a proven track record of success, we choose the Director with the most relevant experience and skillset.
From there, we join your team and take full responsibility for driving your strategy forward, developing efficient systems and processes, mentoring your team, and ultimately providing transformative leadership that will take your business to the next level.
