What we look for
- 15+ years of executive experience at director level or above
- A proven track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Recent board, C-suite or equivalent leadership experience in UK or international businesses
- Genuine breadth — you can move between sectors and stages without losing your edge
- Comfortable being accountable for results, not just advice
- Available for fractional engagements (typically 1–8 days per month per client)
