Finance Director

Graham’s career spans over 25 years, during which time he has acted as the Trusted Advisor, and Business Leader to various Listed and Private Equity backed businesses.  He is a seasoned CFO/FD.  Throughout his professional journey, he has supported businesses across the full financial lifecycle including the startup phase, acquisitions and financing, integrations, implementations and management of SOX/IFRS and FRS102 reporting, to successful divestments and exits.

 

Graham has spearheaded these major financial initiatives and successfully led the Due Diligence process for several of these projects, maximising the transaction value to the organisation.  He has grown into an expert on maximising cash flow and in his last role achieved a cash growth in excess of 150% of target, whilst managing the P&L to budget, and effectively reducing costs as required, to achieve these results.  As a Project Manager, Graham has also successfully led several international ERP rollouts (Incl. SAP & INFOR), and various internal restructuring initiatives.

 

His career has covered a number of diverse industries but focussed mainly on Tech, IT, Manufacturing and Professional Services, both locally and internationally.
