For example, someone on your team might want to develop their skills. So, you use your position to put them into contact with someone who is able to help them develop this skill.
3. Purpose
A leader should give their team a purpose, something to drive them to achieve the company’s goals. You should be able to rally your team around this purpose, which will in turn inspire them to do better.

4. Processes
